1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the canyon44 website accessible at canyon44.app together with all services offered on it. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on this platform. "Content" covers all text, graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements found within the platform.

"Bonus" refers to any financial incentive or reward points given to members under specified conditions. "Wagering" means the total amount a member needs to bet before any winnings from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the canyon44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that strictly prohibits online gambling.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on the canyon44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals that meet all requirements are usually processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved. canyon44 does not charge any processing fees, however third-party payment service providers may have their own charges that are outside our control.

Each withdrawal is subject to an internal review process. canyon44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for identity verification, compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, or investigation of suspicious activity. If an investigation finds that fraud or misuse has occurred, the related balance may be forfeited.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

canyon44 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount received before any winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM200 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. If the first deposit is RM1,200 or more, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be awarded, bringing the balance to RM2,200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per eligible account.
• canyon44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there are signs of misuse.
• Other promotions may have different wagering requirements and validity periods — check the details of each promotion separately.

5. Member Conduct and Acceptable Use

canyon44 members are required to use the platform in a lawful, responsible manner that is respectful to other members and support staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or artificial tools to generate bets or exploit games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the betting system.
• Abusing promotions through multiple account registrations or other dishonest methods.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the canyon44 platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or transactions that are contrary to the law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, as well as forfeiture of all related balances and winnings. canyon44 also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

6. VIP and Cashback Programme

canyon44 provides a VIP loyalty programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate as a reward for active members.

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on a member's betting activity over time. canyon44 reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure, cashback rates, and eligibility criteria at any time with appropriate notice to affected members.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the canyon44 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, audio, and software code — is the exclusive property of canyon44 or its relevant licensors. These rights are protected under international intellectual property law.

Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from canyon44. Use of the canyon44 logo or brand name in any unauthorised context is a copyright violation that may be subject to legal action.

8. Liability Limitations and Disclaimer

The canyon44 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. canyon44 makes no express or implied warranty that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.

canyon44 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: interruption of the member's internet connection; betting outcomes that differ from expectations; errors made by the member while using the platform; or unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting canyon44 customer support via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be settled according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

canyon44 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• An order from a regulatory body or relevant authority.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

canyon44 operates under international licensing and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the licensing body. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform must be resolved through the official channels provided by canyon44 before any legal action is taken.
